Film showing: Ocalone (in Polish) by Maria WOLSKA. Introduction by Michał SOBELMAN, co-author of the script.
The figure of Karol Wojtyła, later John Paul II, is part of the story of how Hanna Mandelberger from Warsaw and Edith Zierer from Katowice were saved from the Holocaust.

Film showing: The Wall by Mieczysława WAZACZ (in Polish, with English subtitles, 46 min.) and meeting with the film director.

63rd ANNIVERSARY OF THE WARSAW GHETTO UPRISING
Film showing: Sarid by Zbigniew GAJZLER (in Polish, with English subtitles, 49 min.) and meeting with the film director.



Saturday, April 22nd, 6:00 p.m.
Concert performed by the CORO GRAMOLON Choir (Italy), conducted by Giuseppe BRUNELLO, organized jointly with the Italian Culture Institute in Cracow. In the program, folk songs, military songs and partisan songs.



Sunday, April 23rd, 6:00 p.m.
Piano recital performed by Piotr RÓŻAŃSKI. In the program, works by J. S. Bach, F. Chopin, K. Szymanowski and S. Prokofiev.



Wednesday, April 26th, 6:00 p.m.
Jewish Cracow – presentation of a guide book (in English) to Jewish sites in Cracow, published in cooperation with the European Program Monument Nomination and Pilot Implementation as an Alternative Form of Architecture and Religious Tourism.

  








Friday, April 28th, 5:00 p.m.
Violin concert performed by Alicja PACZE¦NIAK (violin), student of the Music Academy in Cracow under Prof. Roman Reiner. Accompanist: Sławomir CIERPIK (piano). In the program, works by W. A. Mozart, B. Martinu and C. Franck.
