Dance of Death - vernissage of drawings by Béla Faragó of Nuremberg, organized jointly with the Nuremberg House in Krakow.

Béla Faragó, born in a Hungarian city of Kiskunfélegyhaza in 1958, an inhabitant of Nuremberg by choice, brings a dancing death to Krakow, the city in which four or more images of dance of death are on public display. Alongside the most famous one, i.e. the procession in the Friars Minor Church, they include also a mural from the Augustinian church, a series of images at the Capuchin monastery and a plague in the Jagiellonian University Museum. Krakow's dances of death, particularly the Friars Minor painting, depict through words and images heated arguments, assaults and other transgressions against infidels.
